Optional Mounting Bracket for Jacques Giordano Solar Showers Only This custom-made, aluminum mounting base is used to provide a "finished" look to your Giordano Solar Shower, add stability to the unit while it's in-place, or to accommodate a permanent installation. To use, simply pour cement or sacrete into a sonotube (concrete form) that is larger than the mounting base. Place the Mounting Base into the cement footing with the 4 studs remaining exposed (see diagram at left). Let the cement harden according to manufacturer's instructions, and simply insert the black base plate on your Solar Shower over the threaded studs on the Mounting Base. You'll need a nylon lock washer and nylon nut (both are included) to secure the shower to the studs.
