Add one level teaspoon (tsp) to a tub that is at least 1/2 to 2/3 filled with water. Warm water will work faster since the gel will dissolve quickly. Run the jets for at least 10 minutes on the "first time" purge. You will notice brown and black specks develop on the top of the small amount of foam that should be on the surface. If you get too much foam, use less product the next time. The foam will dissipate in minutes and you can simply dump and rinse it down the drain after the tub is cleaned and rinsed.
