Shipping & Handling

We ship to US and Canadian addresses only. There are no shipping charges for merchandise delivered in the lower contiguous 48 Unites States. There is a small handling fee of $7.95 for each order no matter how large or small. There is no sales tax charged when orders are shipped outside the state of New Jersey. Orders shipped to New Jersey residents are charged 7% sales tax. Orders are shipped promptly after being received, usually the same day they are received. We endeavor to always have sufficient stock to meet demands even in peak periods of the season. All Solar Showers are shipped via FEDEX and a tracking # will be emailed to you after parcel is scanned. Solar Showers cannot be shipped to Post Office boxes. Orders for our line of Ahh-Some Products will be shipped via Priority Mail. International orders are welcome and shipment can be arranged on an individual basis.

Returns

You may return any product purchased from Unique Solutions, Inc. within 30 days from the date you received your purchase. Be sure to properly package any returned items to prevent damage in shipping. Items that are not in original package will not be accepted. Items that are abused or installed incorrectly may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Missing or defective parts will be promptly shipped at no charge to you. Shipping charges on returned merchandise is your responsibility.
